For this layout I dabbled with a bit of glitter glue! I fussy cut the squiggle lines out of Pebbles' Sunnyside paper and covered them with glitter glue. I really love the way they turned out!
My sis and I stumbled upon these sparkly hats one day while out shopping, so we JUST had to try them on! Hope you have a sparkly day! ~Tegan :)
